Copyrights to all products will be strictly retained by Urban Visual Media, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, reprint, any of our products and you may not copy, reproduce any of our products in order to sell them to others. Theft of the intellectual property of Urban Visual Media, LLD, and it’s artists will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. - Prohibited Uses

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your refund will be processed after your return is inspected by the same method of payment you used originally. Please allow at least 15 days for the refund to post to your credit card.Any commissioned artwork may not be returned for any reason. You will be contacted throughout the commissioning process with sketches, updates, approvals, progress photos, and every effort will be made to satisfy the client. Minor changes can be made to the piece if necessary before it is shipped and it must be paid for in full before shipping. The artwork will be shipped insured, with signature required.Any original artwork which is not a commission purchased on Urban Visual Media LLC can be returned within 15 days of purchase. It must be shipped back via the same carrier and in the same packaging, insured, signature required. After inspection, if there is no damage, your purchase price will be refunded by the same method paid minus any shipping charges.
- Gifts
If the site was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value or your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. This does not apply to commissioned artwork.
